French Home Make it Your Own

Vendange describes itself as Paris/France romance.  When combining France to your home it's those tiny little additions that make it your  own.  That old French chunky table that has all the possibilities of a French Kitchen,a vintage table cloth an old tattered basket with warm french bread, just resting on a vintage tea stained napkin, add your vintage dinner plates and silverware, Oh!! don't forget that old candlestick that you thought was just to tarnished or to dented to be added to your table, "no way" go ahead add it to your table! make it your France!
These are the things that I love & adore.

Crack open your window let your curtains sway back and forth as you capture the essence of Vintage Paris..these are things that I love & adore.

A French Bedroom is to be embraced a certain romance and essence in the air gives that feeling of tranquility.  Your boudoir is your own, filled with French Provincial Furniture, Toile perhaps?? or just white bedroom linens will capture the beauty of France, these are the things that I love & adore.  here is a peek of a wonderful French Bedroom Vignette at one of my last Antique store shops.

Can you imagine yourself in such a beautiful setting??

Don't get me wrong I love the Perfect Imperfections as well

I would have loved to bring this table/desk home with me, I surely would have made a little French Corner with it.  It's the chemistry that happens when you pull it all together!

Icart is one of my favorite artist I found this great print at my last flea market just had to bring with me also.

Icart print "Bedtime"

Remember, "The Chemistry That Happens When A Look is Pulled Together With A Certain Nonchalance Underscored By Enormous Confidence" (by Josephine Ryan)
These are the things that I love & Adore.

  1. I had that bed and dresser when I was growing up. I passed it on to my brother for his child, the bed and dresser, now gone with a divorced sister-in-law. How I wish I had it back.
